Pete Flores with Jack Lansford Jr.
After an incredible 44 years with Decore-ative Specialties, we are celebrating Pete Flores and his retirement from our Irwindale, CA facility! Pete has been a familiar and friendly face to many of our Southern California customers over the years.
Pete started working with us in April 1982, starting in Will Call. He soon took on new responsibilities and eventually moved to Our Truck Delivery, where he continued to make a lasting impact through hard work and commitment. Looking back on his time delivering orders, Pete said, “I was dedicated to the work and taking care of our customers. I’m all about the customers. I enjoyed building relationships and watching their families grow.”
Pete officially retired in July 2026, closing an impressive chapter of more than four decades of service. We are grateful for his contribution throughout his career and for the many relationships he built along the way. We wish Pete all the best in this exciting new chapter!
