Celebrating Milestones: Micaela Maldonado Retires After 38 Years!

After 38 years of dedicated service, we are proud to celebrate Micaela Maldonado as she begins her retirement!

Micaela joined the company in May 1988 at our Southern California facility. During her career, she worked in every area, served as a supervisor for several years, and finished her career as a hand sander. Micaela embraced every opportunity to learn and she enjoyed the variety of work throughout the years. Reflecting on her first days with the company, she shared, "When I came here, I instantly knew this was the place for me. The environment was welcoming, and everyone was kind and respectful."

Looking back on her career, Micaela shared, "I have worked with many different people across various areas. One of the best things I can say is that I have truly cherished the memories we've made, but even more so, the relationships with each team member. Working together throughout the years and building connections with everyone is what has mattered most to me.”

In retirement, Micaela plans to finish projects around her house and enjoy sleeping in. We thank her for her many years of hard work and dedication. We wish her all the best in this exciting new chapter.
